Payments can be made IN PERSON in the Tax Collector’s office during her office hours (currently Monday and Friday 4 – 6 pm year round and the last Saturday of the month March through October only from 9 AM – 11 AM). Payments can be also dropped off in the Tax Collector’s lock-box in the Township Building lobby anytime the building is open to the public (drop offs in the lock-box are subject to the same tax payment due dates).
Check or Money Order — The check or money order should be made payable to “Evelyn Ankers, Tax Collector”. Please note that money orders, certified checks and cashier’s checks are always accepted as long as they are made / postmarked by the appropriate due date. Personal checks are welcome as long as they are postmarked or dropped off by December 15. Personal checks postmarked or dropped off from December 16 – December 31 will NOT be accepted.
Bank Bill Pay – If you pay your bills online with your bank, be sure to add “Evelyn Ankers, Tax Collector” as a payee and use the following address: PO Box 62405, King of Prussia, PA 19406-2405. For “account number” please use your property’s parcel number (you can find this number on your bill).
Credit Card – You are now able to pay your taxes online (or in person in the Tax Office) via credit card. (You cannot pay interim taxes by credit card nor can you pay a school tax installment payment online.) Payments by credit card are considered paid as of the date of the transaction. There is a 2% fee to use credit cards, whether you use the card online or bring your card to the Tax Collector’s office. This fee goes directly to Allpaid, the online services provider, not to the Tax Collector. Click on one of the links below to pay using credit card:

Note – There is a convenience fee associated with paying online. This fee must be paid in addition to the tax. The convenience fee (credit cards 2% of the bill amount) goes to the payment provider company, not the tax collector. *It was the Tax Collector’s original desire to cover the cost of the convenience fee out of her municipal stipend; however, as explained via post on her campaign Facebook page (July 20, 2021) a variety of taxpayers communicated they did not believe this was a good idea, so it was dropped.
